I customize each treatment with care. We’ll start with a conversation about how you are, what brings you in, and we’ll go over your health history in depth. Your first acupuncture visit will run about 80 minutes. This includes a comprehensive intake and a complete acupuncture treatment.
25-50 minute acupuncture session depending on your current needs; this might include cupping, moxa, gua sha, tui na, and other body work.
5 minutes of check in after the needles are removed.
I will suggest herbal formulas, dietary changes, home follow up care, and/or lifestyle adjustments if I feel they would benefit you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
$250 first session - intake plus treatment
$180 follow up sessions
MY FEE
As an out-of-network provider, I do not process insurance in-house. However, I am happy to provide you with a receipt that has the necessary coding for you to submit to your provider. I recommend checking with your insurance company to see if you are covered for acupuncture and, if so, what specific conditions your insurance covers acupuncture for.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can by phone, text or email.
